There will be four new Coaching Skills Schools led by Triathlon Ireland’s Development Officers over February and March. These will be practical sessions for coaches covering run, bike and transition skills. Coaches can then bring these sessions into their clubs and athletes, to provide further guidance in these essential skills for our sport.
The session is open to all Triathlon Ireland qualified coaches, from Tri Leaders through to Level 2. Although the sessions are junior skills based they can be applied to all ages.
