Men on the Move Information Booklet


Men on the Move is a physical activity programme aimed at adult men, to get them active, have fun and improve their fitness levels. This resource was compiled by the National Men on the Move network, in conjunction with the HSE. It includes tips on Keeping Active, enhancing their functional fitness, nutritional advice and tips for managing stress.
