The Yoga & Relaxation classes aim to;

  • Improves Body Awareness, Motor-Planning, Coordination, Concentration
  • Improves Balance, Strength and Flexibility
  • Enhances Speech, Language and Listening Skills
  • Helps to Reduce Anxiety
  • Promotes Relaxation

5 week programme
Classes are 30 minutes long and take place twice weekly.
