Yoga & Relaxation
The Yoga & Relaxation classes aim to;
- Enhance Self-Regulation
- Improves Body Awareness, Motor-Planning, Coordination, Concentration
- Improves Balance, Strength and Flexibility
- Enhances Speech, Language and Listening Skills
- Helps to Reduce Anxiety
- Promotes Relaxation
5 week programme
Classes are 30 minutes long and take place twice weekly.
