National Bike Week
Bike Week is a celebration and promotion of all that’s great about bikes and cycling. Held over an extended week in the summer each year, with bike themed events organised by local authorities, community groups and cycling groups throughout Ireland.
National Bike Week was launched in 2009 to raise the profile of cycling as a healthy and fun mode of transport and physical activity. Donegal Sports Partnership have celebrated the event every year since then with a range of events hosted by community groups, schools, cycling clubs and workplaces catering for all ages & abilities.
