The overall focus of the programme is on improving functional fitness through light strength, aerobic, flexibility and mobility exercises.
The programme is free, runs twice weekly over 12 consecutive weeks and is delivered by a qualified Physical Activity Coordinator, who will structure each session so it can be completed at your own pace.
Health Assessments on week 1 & week 12 allow you to keep track of any improvements along the way!
