Cricket Taster Session
Donegal Sports Partnership in conjunction with Cricket Ireland through the North West Cricket Union will host three free taster session for ATU Donegal staff and students on Tuesday 7th February from 11.30am -2.30pm.
Brian Allen, North West Club and Partnership officer will deliver this session. Brian has over 20 years coaching in various settings in schools, clubs, community groups, regional and youth international squads including the Irish U15 squad. Brian is a active member of the Fox Lodge Club and was a big part of his sides success on winning their first ever Senior Cup in 2022 and has represented Ireland at senior A level.
The aim of the taster is to allow new and current participants to see what cricket is all about, while having the opportunity to try a new sport, enjoy learning new skills. Cricket is a growing sport in the North West with a strong community focused club environment. We hope to see as many there as possible.
