This workshop is open to everyone, those who work in a sport or a community setting working with people and children or volunteering in a sports club. The aim of this workshop is to increase awareness, instil confidence and provide practical experience of CPR/Defib.
Course content includes:
*Calling the emergency services, how and when?
*CPR
*Defibrillation
*Heart attack and stroke
*Administration of Aspirin
*Choking

Venue: Backstage, Century Cinema Complex, Letterkenny
Certification
*Full attendance is required. Attendees will be certified by Irish Heart Foundation. Certificate is valid for 2 Years.
Note: Participants must be 16 + above. (U18’s require parental/guardian consent form)
