Donegal Sports Partnership, in conjunction with Sector 3 Solutions, is offering sports clubs in Donegal, including new and emerging clubs, a unique opportunity to work with an independent consultant over a 3-4 month period to complete a needs analysis for the club.
A Needs Analysis Report will help your club to:
- Identify local needs and challenges
- Grow using a strategic approach
- Attract more funding
Through this process, a number of sports clubs will be selected, and an independent consultant will facilitate all stages of the Needs Analysis process, culminating in the production of the club’s very own needs report.
